We will instruct you how to return the merchandise to us. *The package you will receive from us will contain a Packing Slip. That document is critical because it contains your return-shipping label. Please use the return label to send the merchandise back to us per the instructions on the Packing Slip. *We will bear the return-shipping cost if you follow these instructions. *We will promptly replace your merchandise at no further cost or obligation to you! If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any other reason: *Please describe your problems and concerns on the shipping Packing Slip enclosed in your package and return that Packing Slipand merchandise to: SENIORS SUPERSTORES Please use the return label, which is part of your shipping Packing Slip. *Please return the merchandise within 15 days, undamaged, unworn (other than to try on for fit), and in the original packaging. *Sorry, but we cannot accept returns for pantyhose or incontinence products. *We will promptly either exchange your purchase for another item or refund your purchase price for that item - based on your wishes. |
