The Palmetto Guild is organized with local business professionals and individuals who provide support and advocacy to those in need - with a focus on senior citizens. Located in the Grand Strand region of South Carolina, membership is open to any company or individual who works with the elderly.

We wish to get to know each other better and know more about the services we each bring to our growing senior population. Our meetings usually feature a speaker on a topic of interest to the general membership, along with time to network with other providers. We always have an information table to display members' literature for others to become more familiar with the various member services available. During our introduction time, members are encouraged to announce job openings, special events or other news regarding their organization. Our meetings are held at member locations, however, if a member does not have a location to host a meeting, they may co-host with another member.

There are NO DUES or other financial obligations in order to join this organization. Hosts are asked to provide light refreshments and a small door prize for the meeting. This is the only expense involved in belonging to this organization.
