Take-n-Slide Medication Reminder - "Did I take my medicine?!" With the new Assurance Dosage Strip you can answer this question with one quick glance of your medication bottle. Take-n-Slide keeps it simple when daily dose requirements are more than once a day. Now you can keep your pills with their label and never be mixed-up again! As the FDA recommends: "Read the label every time you are about to use the medicine, to be sure it's the right medicine, for the right patient, in the right amount, in the right way, at the right time." Now, you no longer need to remove your medications from their original containers to store in reminder containers. The amber or dark color of the vial protects the medicine from harmful sunlight. Indicator slides designed for everyone's comfort and ease of use and colored to give you quick visual reference. Affix to any size medication, daily supplement or vitamin bottle when you simply need to know! (More than four doses per day may require an additional Take-n-Slide.) Sight impaired users will appreciate the Braille identifiers next to each assurance slide. Since each medicine is in its own vial, not mixed with other pills, there is no transference of the drug. When peace of mind is what you need when it comes to your medication. To use: Remove backing from adhesive on strip and place on desired bottle. Align all
indicator slides to the left. Slide the indicator button to the right after each dose taken that day. Each package contains 10 Assurance Slides.
