Reversible Toilet Transfer Seat - One product - two distinct uses.
Installed with the arms up, it's a toilet seat with armrests to help people who have difficulty rising from or lowering to a toilet but don't need an elevated seat or grab bars. When installed with the arms up, the handles rise 3 1/2 inches above the seat.
Installed with the arms down it's an extended platform to help wheelchair users transfer on to and off of the toilet.
The Reversible Toilet Transfer Seat bolts onto most standard toilets and uses a standard toilet seat to maintain the decor of the user's bathroom.
Gripping slots aid in the contraction of abdominal muscles when having difficulty with bowel movements occurs.
Adds only 1 1/8 inches (2.9 cm) of height to the toilet and the extra-wide design makes it suitable for people who are overweight.
Optional hardware kit is available if you need extra long bolts for rare cases when standard hardware is not satisfactory.
