It's Never Too Late aims to do away with the stereotypes placed upon seniors and improve the overall physical, mental, and emotional well-being of all seniors. The Intermediate Level targets warm up, consisting of a combination of Low Impact Aerobics for seniors to enhance concentration, memory and coordination; exercise routines that improve endurance and cardiovascular fitness; resistance bands and weights for strength training; mat work for flexibility, toning and relieving stress, and improving posture. Cool down exercises are included at the end of each program.
