Every step of the process has "pop-up" help and information.

Additionally there are medication dictionaries from which you can easily select your current medications and allergies.

Use it anywhere. While you are the only one with access to alter the information in your Medical Passport, healthcare workers can plug the Medical Passport into any computer with a USB port, and instantly be aware of your vital health history, allergies and medications.

You can also add your Advance Directives:
* Essential Choices, the program that resides on your Medical Passport, assists you in the creation of your Living Will. The program guides you through six simple steps with photographs & explanations to help you create the best Living Will for your needs. You can print copies and carry the electronic version for instant viewing on any Windows based computer. Essential Choices also has the ability to print the completed legal forms for your family, doctor and lawyer.

*Or, if you have your own Living Will and Healthcare Power of Attorney forms already completed, you can sign them and scan them into the Medical Passport from your computer.

With any Windows based computer, your healthcare providers can view, but not change, your choices. This keeps you in charge of what goes on with your medical care - regardless of your condition.
